Crap crap crap.
I was supposed to pick up something on my way home from work today, but didn't get the person's address before I left work. When I got home, I tried to call, but when I got her voicemail, hung up and emailed her instead.
About 10 minutes later, I started hearing distant voices. Like a TV was on under a pile of clothes (what? that hasn't happened to you?). I moved a stack of papers, and there was my phone, telling me that if I'd like to make a call, please hang up and dial a number.
Crappity crap crap.
So I guess I didn't really hang up when I thought I did. And a quick review of the last 10 minutes, and what probably landed on her voicemail, wasn't pretty.
She basically heard me yelling at Gabi to get away from me if she insisted on wearing shoes. Gabi was crying, and I was being stubborn, refusing to help her with something. Because Gabi had just stepped on my hurt foot after I told her to take the darn shoes off, and I didn't want a repeat.
This woman must be thinking I am the worst mother ever.
How much do you wanna bet that she rescinds her offer after hearing that doozy?

But I'm sure everybody knows that after a day of work that last think you want is someone stepping on your hurt foot! :)

ouch. very uncomfortable but just think if this woman is a mommy then she will understand. we all have moments (oh hell... entire days) like that. and if shes not a mom then she'll never understand. either way your normal.
