One Down, Three To Go

Beth at A Real Anti-Supermom (LOVE that name) recently had a giveaway for a $10 Target gift card. And I won!

Her strict instructions were to spend it on something for myself. Awesome! An excuse to splurge on ME!

So I bought a book.

A really really special book.

Thank you, Beth!

I have to finish P.S I Love You before I can start this one. Talk about an incentive to find reading time!

  2. hehe WARNING: Once you start, you can not stop!!

I loved PS I love you. I found it at costco before it came out on movie, and of course the Book was SO much better than the movie. But the movie was still good too...it always makes me cry!

  4. Being the die hard Harry Potter dork that I am I have yet to get into these books.. though hubby has them all (first editions) in his book shop... so tell me what you think and I'll see if I can leave behind Hogwarts and move on... :-((((

Oh one good thing about the movie for Twilight is that the actor who played Cedric Diggory in Goblet of Fire plays the title roll in it!

You know you'll find my geeky tail at the midnight showing of Half Blood Prince on the 21st.. sad huh?

  5. Tell me if you like them, I have 4 still and am getting ready to start the host.
Remember these are very sweet teen books so they are a little fluffier than what (I) normally read...

  8. My daughter is so into those books and is looking forward to seeing the movie as well. Do you think you will see the movie before you finish reading the series?

  9. My daughter would be so happy for you! She just got the last book for her birthday and a BIG poster of Edward. She's all giddy now.

I think friday is the big movie. She's already got advanced tickets and is upset that I won't let her go to the midnight showing. (she's only 16). Silly girl

Laural, wow, thanks for the great shout out. Really nice!

Happy that you got the gift certificate and you DID follow the rules. I'm not into the Twilight series, but maybe I should be.

Your new home looks great BTW.
